Brad first joined Pellman's in 1987, skipping high school and college ball because they were not competitive enough for him. Sure enough, once he took over the reins, he led the team from last place to top three in one season, solidifying a reputation for organizational excellence, a keen eye for talent, and a low-key leadership style that not only kept the team afloat through the last decade, but also prompted league officials to solicit his services in *running the entire league* a few years back (no kidding!). Thankfully, Brad declined the offer from the League Office (several thousand dollars in repair work for city buses were reportedly mentioned, sotto voce) and continued to manage the team up until last year, when he passed the baton to Mike. Rather obviously, Brad owns a successful auto mechanic shop that he started about ten years ago, and if you need some repair work done, he'll lift your car and rejuvenate it like the fiery phoenix, which incidentally he believes will happen to Pellman's as well. Wife Lisa and kids Gregory and Melissa are stalwart soccer fans (and players) as well as excellent hosts when Brad throws a bash on his new cruiser-class deck, hammered together by master woodman/fullback, Dave Eiffert.
